Refund Policy
I value every client and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. Refunds are not available once the artwork has been delivered, except where the item is damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage for assessment.
2. Prints and Reproductions
Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or damaged prints.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
3. Commissions
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the commission price) is required to begin work.
Once a commission is in progress, payments made are non-refundable unless I cancel the project.
Minor revisions are included as per the agreed brief; additional changes may incur extra costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report damage, please contact me with your order details and photos of the issue.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
